champcar officials LIED about noise violations on my car @ Laguna Seca causing us to loose the race. LEADING THE RACE... ,we were black flagged for noise, Yet when we pitted ,all the pit road officials were concerned with looking at (pre existing) damage to right front fender....as they suspected we were involved in a collision. We were not. upon inquery nobody was able to show or tell us our DB level. NEVER Before or Since have we been accused of a noise violation. we have had our car checked many times at various tracks and never been over 89 db its my opinion RACE DIRECTOR BILL stole the race from us, because he dont like my teams attitude.
