2020-03-20 - Repurposed Heater Core

Q.
I have planned to add an oil cooler to further protect the engine. Can I repurpose the removed factory heater core by welding AN fittings to it and relocating it to the front to be plumbed in line with the accumulator?
If yes, I can provide pictures of all work completed, but I'd prefer not to waste the time if I'll end up paying points anyway.

A.
Yes, you can repurpose the heater core for cooling.
It is best to document the repurposing of the core so, please send the photos of the heater core in the heater box, gutted from the heater box and the completed job.
