VPI requests require the year, make, model, trim level, engine size, engine HP, Drive type (FWD, RWD, AWD, 4x4), auto or manual transmission, car weight, and all options. 2007 Subaru WRX is currently listed at 500 points and comes from the manufacturer with a turbo.  Does note #2 of adding a 100 points for the turbo apply making the actual VPI 600 points or is it already accounted for in the listed VPI at 500 points?

If a model only came with a turbo and it is listed in the VPI table, then the listed value includes the turbo.  Note #2 only applies if there were turbo and non-turbo cars in that model and the table listing does not specifically call out the turbo variant.
The 2007 Subaru WRX is 500 points with the turbo.
