Can I remove the lexan rear window and attach it to the trunk to act as an aero device for 0 points as repurposed material?

NO!
Moving the Lexan is not re-purposing. The car came with glass and it was optionally replaced with Lexan so the Lexan cannot be used in a re-purposing fashion.
