A.
Included in 10 point wing = uprights mounts, end plates, blade.
Endplate limits = at this time we do not have size limits, the endplate has to mount to the blade only and this should stop any ridiculously large endplates.
Can a wing be forward of the rear axle centerline = No
Can the wing be adjustable = Yes. While on track = No. Moveable on track = No
Gurney flap that is attached across the blade of the wing, removable or changeable off track, = included
Additional element = if attached across the wing blade included
Attached definition = if we can slide a piece of paper anywhere between the wing blade and the additional element it is a separate piece and will be an additional 10 points for another wing. The rule states Wing 10 points = 1 wing.
