Please clarify the total points taken for Sway Bars that include End Links with Heim Joints

In other words, Can a car run both Front and Rear aftermarket sway bars, with end-links that have heim joints (2 heims per link, 8 heims total for the car) - for (40) forty points total (20pts front, 20pts rear).
