Event Special Notices

ESN 1 - Quiet Time
Under no circumstances can motors be revved before 8:45 a.m. or after 5:00p.m.
ESN 2 - Sound Readings
Sound readings will take place throughout the weekend. All ChampCars are required to have mufflers, and not exceed 96dBa at 50ft. AMP will enforce sound levels. No turn downs, turn aways or baffles over the end of the exhaust meant to cheat sound meters and not reduce sound levels. Anyone caught “lifting” near the sound meters to try and cheat the meters will be immediately asked to leave the Motorsports Park and not allowed to return at AMP’s discretion. At two failed attempts the participant is no longer allowed to run for that day. If these terms are not adhered to AMP could receive a fine from the City of Dawsonville for $1,000. The team will be responsible to pay this fine plus 50% to AMP. No refunds, full or partial, will be entitled to anyone for exceeding sound under no circumstances.

Fill in the boxes at the top, then fill in or click on the listed point value items on your car. Save the form and you are done. At the track the Tech staff will simply check the required safety items on the car. Once the Tech staff clicks save on the safety portion of your online form, you will get your annual tech sticker and head to ChampCar registration.

Please verify your timing and scoring transponder and Flagtronics FT-200 serial numbers, and make certain to add your car class to the tech form.
