Q:
I am wondering if you consider the spring perches on bilstein shocks to be adjustable? They have two notches where the perches retaining clip can sit on the shock body. One is a half inch below the other. Are you familiar with them and is this considered adjustable? I have attached a picture of similar shocks.

A different perch is not an adjustable perch , so no.
