2025 Event Schedule Release

We are excited to announce our move to the MotorsportReg.com registration platform for the 2025 season. We have worked closely with the team at MotorsportReg to create a smooth process for transition to the new system. To ensure the least friction signing up for your races, we recommend using the Test Registration event(s) to make sure your Captain and Team Profiles are set up correctly.
Test Registration will be open Friday, November 1st
Live Registration for 2025 Road Atlanta will begin Tuesday, November 5th
Drivers and crew will want to create a individual personal profile. Next, the team captain will create the Team profile as a "child" of your personal MotorsportReg account. We are importing our current active members to MSR; use your existing MSR login or a password reset to access your account. Set your password here

Here are the step-by-step instructions in a registration guide provided by MotorsportReg:
ChampCar Endurance Series | Team Registration Guide

Cars, number reservations, and driver assignments are completed by the Team Captain with their personal profile.
You may receive a nightly email with "on-hold" items if information is missing from your registration. Examples of items that may need corrected are as follows:
Registration is not on a Personal Profile (Captain's name)
Select a Team Name in your Race Entry (Team Profile)
Drivers must be enrolled into ChampCar on MotorsportReg
Drivers must have an active ChampCar membership
Transponder Number field must be filled in on registration
Corrections can be made by going to the Dashboard in MSR and editing your registration.
Cancelling your registration or the end date of the event will discontinue the daily "on-hold" email.
