Q:
We are looking at using a non adjustable shock. To my understanding this rule allows a rebuildable/revalveable shock with no external bump or rebound adjusters.
My question is a Schrader valve on the shock body considered a adjustment? If it is, can a plug(bolt)be used in its place.

Yes a Schrader valve on the shock body is considered adjustable . A plug is not an adjuster if it is just plugging a threaded hole and no point add..
