2024-02-13 Throttle Body Cable TO Drive by Wire

Q. What is the ruling on going the opposite way of the rule below?

Going from a cable TO a DBW.

4.7.3. Drive by Wire Throttle Bodies:
4.7.3.1. Engines originally equipped with a drive by wire throttle body may replace the OE
throttle body with a cable operated throttle body from any vehicle on the VPI list, as
long as the replacement throttle body has an equal or smaller flow diameter.

A. The rule only provides what it says, not the other way. Going from cable to fly by wire is + 25 points.. If paying engine swap points and the engine going in comes with fly by wire the throttle body is included.
