What is the value of an aftermarket piston if kept at the same compression ratio?

What would the points if you raised the compression?

A1.
You cannot use aftermarket pistons unless they are OE equivalent. Please submit the specs. on the desired piston to tech for pre-approval.

A2.
You can overbore to factory overbore specs but forged or higher compression performance pistons are not allowed
