Most questions can be answered by reviewing the current BCCR Rulebook. Please read the applicable section before submitting a ticket.
If your question is already covered clearly in the BCCR, your ticket may simply be answered with a reference to the rulebook section.

If we build our engine 40 over - will that push us into EC, or cost us points? If points, how many? Thanks in advance.

If the overbore you stated is within factory rebuild specs and uses stock pistons, those two items would be legal
if the overbore has to have aftermarket pistons, then the engine is permitted in E.C class
