If I have a swap that has the IDENTICAL HP rating will the swap take 50 Points or more.

For example I want to swap my 209 HP Ford engine with a 209 HP Honda engine, will the swap be 50 or more points?

A.
4.5.2.5. All engine swaps that result in a reduction of horsepower will be charged a flat 50 point fee.

IDENTICAL HP is not a reduction of hp, and thus should use the swap calculator to determine points.
