Q:
Since power steering systems are open under the BCCR 4.7.2. Fixed Point Value List assignment of "Power Steering components - 0 pts" would the larger pulley be considered part of the power steering system and as well a power steering component and therefore free of points penalty?

A:
Although power steering components are called out as free the fixed point list has a value assigned for pulleys and if changed from stock you must add the appropriate points 5 for one pulley 10 points for multiple.
