Media & Photo Credentials
Cover the ChampCar Endurance Series trackside. Review the guidelines below, then submit your request.

Who can apply
- Accredited media (print, digital, broadcast, social).
- Team photographers / videographers with team authorization.
- Content creators with recent motorsport portfolio links.
Please include assignment details and links to recent work in your application.
What to expect
- Credential pickup at registration / media desk on site.
- Brief safety orientation before hot areas access.
- Track- and event-specific restrictions may apply.
Safety & Track Rules
Hot areas
Access to pit lane / hot areas requires active credential, safety briefing, and adherence to staff instructions at all times.
Safety wear
Closed-toe shoes and high-visibility vest required. Hearing protection strongly recommended. Additional PPE may be requested by the track.
Drones & insurance
UAS/drone use is track dependent and often prohibited. Do not fly without written approval from the track and ChampCar. Proof of insurance may be required.
Violations may result in credential revocation and removal from the facility.
Usage & Deliverables
- ChampCar and participating teams may request non-exclusive use of select images for editorial/series promotion with credit. Commercial use requires separate written permission.
- Please share a post-event gallery or 10–20 selects within 7 days when possible, with photographer credit and outlet/team name.
