  • Track Address: 205 E Thompson Road, Thompson, CT 06277
  • Closest Towns: Thompson, Putnam, and Webster, Massachusetts
  • Fuel & Supplies: Gas stations, grocery stores, pharmacies, and general shopping are available within 10–20 minutes of the track.
  • Auto Parts: AutoZone, NAPA, O’Reilly, and Advance Auto Parts locations can be found in nearby Putnam, Webster, and surrounding communities.
  • Food: Plenty of quick food options, pizza, diners, coffee shops, and local New England favorites are close by. Putnam has several solid local restaurant choices for teams looking to escape paddock food for a night.
  • Hotels: Teams typically stay in Putnam, Webster, Auburn, or Worcester depending on budget and how far they want to drive.
  • Airport Access: Providence (PVD), Hartford (BDL), and Boston Logan (BOS) are all viable airport options depending on travel plans.
  • Entertainment: Historic Putnam has a walkable downtown with restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops if your crew wants a break from race prep.
  • Weather Tip: New England weather can change quickly. Cool mornings, warm afternoons, and surprise rain are all part of the experience, so pack accordingly.

Local Note: Thompson has that old-school grassroots racing feel that fits ChampCar perfectly. Stock up before arriving, keep an eye on the weather, and enjoy one of the most unique stops on the schedule.
