Quiet hours will be enforced from 10:00 pm - 6:00 am.

ESN 2

Anyone under the age of 18 must submit a minor waiver to Mid-Ohio’s Chief Registrar ten (10) days prior to the event. All parents/ guardians of minors need to contact Mid-Ohio at 419.884.4000 ext 3007. Absolutely no minors under the age of 16-years of age can participate in on track activities. Email andrea.chisek@champcar.org for the CCES minor waiver.

The paddock is tight. Be aware as you swing your trailers and vehicles around the paddocks
Guest and Pit Passes
Cannot go over the wall, $20 for the weekend at registration. Over the wall crew members must be full ChampCar club members.
Camping / RV Hookups
$25 RV Parking Pass Paid at the Gate. Overnight camping is allowed in Lower, Middle, Millings, and Grass paddocks. 24-hour access is available from Thursday 7:00 pm until departure Sunday afternoon.
There are no water hookups and a limited number of power outlets. We recommend that trailer / RV-type units be self-sufficient with both water and generator power supply. Access is first-come first-choice. For those of you renting a camper. Mid-Ohio will not accept delivery of campers on behalf of customers. This means you must be present to take delivery of your RV. Please arrange
delivery of your camper / RV so you will be on-site to receive it. Camper / RV units cannot be delivered on Thursday.

Pets
While Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course does not encourage bringing pets to the track, we do allow them. Pets are the responsibility of their owners. Pet owners are liable for any injury or damage caused by their pets. All pets must be kept under the control of a leash no longer than 6 ft. Please be courteous and clean up after your pet. Failure to do so will result in removal from the event. Pets are not permitted in
any buildings, concession areas, grandstands or viewing mounds, hospitality locations, paddock/garage areas, false grid, or pit lane. Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course reserves the right to restrict/remove disruptive or exotic pets. If your pet
disrupts or causes harm to another individual or property, you and your pet may be removed from the facility without a refund.

Welcome to Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, one of America’s classic road racing venues. Located in north-central Ohio near Lexington and Mansfield, Mid-Ohio delivers a fantastic race weekend experience with a blend of small-town convenience, motorsports history, and easy access to everything teams may need.

  • Track Address: 7721 Steam Corners Road, Lexington, OH 44904
  • Closest Towns: Lexington, Mansfield, and Bellville
  • Fuel & Supplies: Gas stations, grocery stores, pharmacies, Walmart, hardware stores, and general shopping are all available within a short drive, especially around Mansfield.
  • Auto Parts: AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, NAPA, O’Reilly, and other automotive suppliers are nearby for those inevitable race weekend repairs.
  • Food: Fast food, diners, pizza, casual restaurants, coffee shops, and local Ohio favorites are easy to find in Mansfield and the surrounding area. On-site concessions may be available depending on the event schedule.
  • Hotels: Most teams stay in Mansfield, Ontario, or nearby communities where hotel choices are plentiful and convenient.
  • Airport Access: John Glenn Columbus International (CMH), Cleveland Hopkins (CLE), and Akron-Canton (CAK) are practical airport options depending on your travel plans.
  • Entertainment: Downtown Mansfield offers restaurants, breweries, and local attractions. If your team wants a little history, the nearby Ohio State Reformatory is a well-known local landmark.
  • Weather Tip: Ohio weather can be unpredictable. Cool mornings, warm afternoons, humidity, and pop-up rain showers are all possible, so pack accordingly.

Local Note: Mid-Ohio has the kind of classic road racing character that never gets old. Great sightlines, technical corners, and enough elevation change to keep drivers honest all weekend.
